Week 27 HOLIDAY homework (Due Monday, April 11):

Complete all of the Checkpoint Practice Exam attached. You can print out the exam at home, or you can download the exam on your iPad and complete it on Notability.

This assignment will count as 1 homework point, and 1 classwork point. You must bring the completed exam to class on Monday after the holiday.

Imagine you are Anne, write a 100-word Diary entry about how you feel being in the annex after a year. Talk about the things you really want to do instead of being trapped in the annex. You will use the first-person pronoun “I” or “me”.

Although this is a serious play, there are moments of humour. Look back through Act 2, Scene 1 and decide at which moments an audience might laugh, and why. Provide two quotes from the play in your answer, and explain why it is humourous (comical).
